ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION - NZ DELIVERY ONLY


 

Trees Please! Tree Gifts and Plants Please! Plant Gifts are delivered NZ-wide. Due to import/export regulations and costs we are unable to send living gifts out of New Zealand.

Our Gift boxes have been designed to ensure that your gift arrives in good condition. Please help us by noting our delivery information to avoid delay.
 

Dispatch information

  • Delivery is available New Zealand-wide. Orders must be placed by 2pm in order to be dispatched that day (Monday - Friday, providing it is not a public holiday)
  • If you would prefer your gift to be delivered on a specific day, please select your preferred delivery date in the 'preferred delivery date' box at checkout and we will endeavor to schedule dispatch so that your gift arrives on or as close to your preferred delivery date as possible.
  • If we have any problems with dispatching your order within our stated timeframes, we will contact you as soon as we can via email.
  • If you are getting your gift delivered to yourself, we will wrap your box so that the freight labels are not directly on the gift box itself.

North Island destinations Standard: 1 -2 working days $15.00
 *Please add an additional 1-2 working days on top of this for Kokedama gifts
 
South Island destinations Standard: 2- 3 working days $15.00
 *Please add an additional 1-2 working days on top of this for Kokedama gifts
Overnight Express (next day service) - main centres only $25.00
Rural delivery Allow up to 5 working days This is a sub-contracted service. No extra charge  
Saturday delivery Where available. Designated areas within main centres. Please check. No extra charge  

  • Waiheke Island is considered Rural delivery and can take up to 4- 5 days for delivery
  • Saturday delivery is only available in central main centres and cities. Orders must be placed by 4.30pm on the Thursday prior for NI deliveries and 4.30pm on Wednesday for SI deliveries. To check if your address receives Saturday deliveries, click here

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery timeframes assume the order is received before the specified times above, on a working day - Monday to Friday, and does not require additional delivery/processing time. The above delivery times may be affected by conditions/events outside our control. While Trees Please! will do everything possible to ensure deliveries arrive when requested, a delayed delivery does not constitute a reason to cancel an order. We will replace a tree gift if it is lost or mislaid by our courier company.

Delivery Information - NZ only

  • Gifts are delivered Monday - Friday (except Public Holidays) based on the timeframes above.
  • Trees Please! standard procedure is to leave gifts safely at the premises where possible due to their perishable nature. Please provide a work address if it would be safer or if you would like signature required.
  • Delivery is made to physical addresses only and will not be made to PO boxes or Private Bags. 
  • Due to how our couriers operate we cannot specify a time of day for delivery.
  • We are able to Track and Trace your gifts (with the exception of rural deliveries which are subcontracted). If for any reason your gift does not arrive when expected, please let us know and we will follow up.
  • A re-delivery cost will be charged if the delivery information provided is incorrect

 

Rural Deliveries

Rural delivery is a sub-contracted service, and the delivery timeframe is outside of our control. Rural delivery can take an additional 1-3 working days on top of standard delivery. Rural areas (RD) cannot be tracked once handed over to rural services, however we will confirm the handover.

Peak Period Delivery

In peak periods such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day and Father's Day we will endeavour to have your gift delivered on the requested delivery date, however due to courier delays and circumstances outside of our control we cannot guarantee delivery dates at these busy times of year.
