Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a loyalty programme?

We're happy to announce that yes we now do have a loyalty programme in place!  For every $20 you spend with us you get 1 point. So spend $100 with us in one order, and you are already a quarter of the way there!  All you need to do is earn 20 points, and you'll get $25 off your next order (redeemed at checkout). Our system will prompt you when you have enough points. Easy as that!
 

I want my gift sent on a particular day - can you do this?

As best we can! We can dispatch our gifts to reach your preferred delivery date, provided we receive your order through in time. Read our Delivery page for more information (click here), or we always welcome you to contact us and we will happily talk through your options - click here for contact info.

Can you tailor my gift?

Tell us more! We'd love to help you in any way we can. View our Add-Ons page, or alternatively get in touch with us if there is something more specific that you had in mind.

Why do you use wooden boxes to send your trees in?

A common question! Click here to read more about 'Our Packaging'... and all will be revealed! 


If I order multiple gifts at once - can you send these all to me?

Absolutely! At check-out we have a 'Quote on Freight' delivery option. Simply select that, then your order will stay pending and it will come through to us. We will input a freight total for sending multiple items to your preferred address. You will then receive an email with the total, where you can approve and continue your order. We will package them up safely in a carton, and send them onto you with care instructions. Easy as!


Do you hand-write messages on your cards?

For any orders that come direct through the Trees Please! store - yes, absolutely! We hand-write your messages to give it that personal touch.


What if a tree type that I want isn't shown as an option?

We may be out of stock, however do get in touch with us as we may be able to source it for you.
 

Do you deliver the gifts yourself?

We use a trusted external courier company for the majority of our deliveries. We may use a local courier, or deliver personally if it is a local delivery address (Whangaparaoa or Red Beach).


If I order through your store, what type of confirmation / tracking information will I receive?

You will receive a confirmation email from us, re-confirming your order and our delivery terms. We will also follow this up with a personal confirmation email from one of the team, advising you of the dispatch date. From there, we will track your gift and confirm delivery with you via email also - to close the loop.
